A New Fragrance by Lalique
L'Insoumis is a men’s fragrance that will be released by the Parisian house Lalique in September.
Created by the perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin, the new scent draws on woody notes combined with bergamot, rum and basil resulting in a metaphoric adventure within a vertiginous landscape.
Indeed, nature appears to be an inspiring theme of the new scent whose composition also boasts notes of lavender, black pepper and clary sage (see olfactive pyramid below).
The fragrance is honouring the free and artistic spirit of the house's founder Rene Lalique, portraying a modern man who is both charismatic and a dreamer.
The exquisite bottle holding the precious liquid has been designed keeping with a contemporary Art Deco style. On the side of the bottle lies the relief of a fern - a symbol of freedom which can be seen in the design of the iconic Tourbillons vases of Lalique, first created by Rene Lalique in the late twenties. With the Hironedelles logo on the lid of the flacon this fragrance speaks the language of Lalique through and through - both visually and in terms of scent.
